Field notes

on generative AI, agentic systems, and enterprise-scale delivery.

Who’s writing this

I’ve spent 20+ years leading large-scale technology transformation across financial services and other regulated industries — setting architecture direction, engineering standards, and running delivery teams across the UK and India. I’m a three-time Microsoft FastTrack Solution Architect for Customer Engagement, and twice recognised for Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Today I focus on building AI-enabled business applications — using Copilot Studio, agents, and orchestration — that hold up to enterprise-grade security, compliance, and scale.
